BCC Consulting, a division of Bethesda-Chevy Chase Counseling & Consulting, provides a range of organizational and business consulting services to businesses and the managers and executives who run them. Services include:

Kenneth A. Sprang, MA, JD is an experienced lawyer, teacher, writer, and consultant. He has taught labor and employment law and other subjects at several law schools and both taught and facilitated alternative dispute resolution. He has training in both mediation and collaborative law. Ken has completed clinical training in Imago Relationship Therapy and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, as well as graduate work in clinical social work and social policy. His experience includes work as in-house counsel and providing legal counsel and assistance to both large and small companies. He brings to business consulting and executive coaching a unique combination of legal knowledge, business acumen, and understanding of the personal dynamics and relationship that affect both business and executive success and productivity.
